Hi-Tech Scuba is owned and operated by Brett Witham, a Marine Corps veteran with 12 years of diving experience. Based out of Florida, Hi-Tech Scuba strives for quality instruction and experience through diving. Our goal is to ensure thorough understanding of materials, with small class sizes for more individualized instruction. With greater understanding, our students feel more comfortable not only in the water, but with the equipment they are using. This builds confidence in diving, as well as makes diving more enjoyable for the student.
